I remember years ago, it was advised not to go around telling people that you are an inventor. I'm seeing that this is no longer true. Why we even have these inventor shows where plain and simple people come up with wonderful inventions and make it big time. They call themselves inventors on public television. I think it is o'kay to call yourself an inventor...if you are.
Now, if you share your invention ideas with someone that laughs at you and doesn't take you seriously, don't share anything else with that person, because they'll just drain the life out of you and what you are doing and believing in. As the saying goes, "He who laughs last laughs best" is true. It might be you one day making it big with your invention. Remember to stay focused.
