Listen to this, please. I'm serious. There are many invention help companies out there that will rip you off! Be careful. You do not need to spending $15,000 to get your invention in the market. These companies should be paying you. You are the creator of the product. Why should you be paying them?
Another thing, I want to mention quickly is about patents. Don't file for a patent and go and have a patent done on your product when you don't even know if that product is going to sell! Do you know how many patents are filed on a yearly basis of products that will never make it to the shelf of a store? Many.
Products need to be tested first. Or at least they should be.
So keep reading my blog to educate yourself (for free by the way) about how to go about making money from your invention and collecting royalties, how to license, or should you even license. Licensing if where you could be receiving money on a monthly basis from the company that you negotiated with. Or selling outright, of course it when you actually do just that...sell your product to a company, then you fly out the door with the money after you've signed the contract and closed the deal. Keep inventing!
