What is Trade Show? In my own definition: The Bigtime!!! It is the place where you should attend if you
want prospect buyers to see your invention or product. What is a buyer? Perhaps the CEO of a major company. Maybe the actual owner of Crate and Barrell, for example. The buyers are the key people that
you want looking at your invention for negotiating deals. They have the power to place your invention on the shelves of their stores. So could you imagine? They could take your invention to the next level. Whenever you attend a Trade Show make sure you do not get in their way. Always wait for like the third day of the trade show event to make contacts with the booth keepers or buyers you might spot. Remember, they are there to make money. There is no time for them to waste. They are seriously looking for new products. You cannot get in their way. But on that last day of the trade show, it is a good idea to approach, for example, the booth representing a company in the line of invention creation that you have and leaving them your business card. Usually they have a scanner that indicates to them that you had attended the trade show. Then when you call the company to meet with their people, they'll know that you are serious. That you had actually attended the show. This can be the beginning to your formal contact with them.
