What is a Non Disclosure
A Non disclosure is a legal form (paper) that protects your invention. These are also called Confidentiality agreements. This sheet of paper actually described what your invention is. Upon signing it, the recipient is agreeing not to share or disclose the information about the invention therein. It serves two purposes: One-It indicates that the invention expressed her idea to the recipient. Second-It keeps other away from stating that they can up with the idea (or invention). It you are planning to show your invention to anyone that has the power to place your product in the market, make sure they sign a non disclosure form. Only to protect your invention. This serves as a legal document. It will stop the recipient from claiming the invention as his/her own.
