The Crochet Queen

My daughter, who is now 23 years old has become the crochet queen. Well, at least it seems.  She is very creative. Today two of her friends came over for a photoshoot. They would be her models to display her beautiful warm and colorful crocheted scarves, etc. My daughter is getting everything ready to start selling her crochet designs online.  I'm glad she is doing that. I think she makes the most beautiful creations. "Good idea," I told her.  We need to encourage our offspring to be creative. I never learned how to crochet, knit a little, yes, but crochet, never. She even taught this young guy from our church to crochet. He's quite the masculine type too. Ha! We shouldn't stereotype, right? I heard men in Europe crocheted all the time...and still do. More men are learning the art of crochet every day. I think it's cool and hip even. Making your own mittens and scarves, and hats. Crocheted hats off to my Becky!
